房租320每月全包，由于是帮朋友法帖，所以只接受电话联系，联系方式见下：
This appartment has a size of 18sqm. A kitchenette with two plates, a fridge and a freezer

You can move in earliest on 1st September 2012.

Moreover you will have your own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

The appartment is full furnitured and contains:

There are a lot of parking space and also an underground car park.

真不错，要不是自己已经买了房子，就搬到你那里了。顺便问一下，320是冷租还是。。。
