General summary
This key role will report to the ETS AG Project Finance Director.
Responsibilities
l Evaluate projects' viability by the financial model to reflect the project specifications and currently available financing terms in the market
l Manage the development of the financial model to include the various Tax & Accounting assumption
l Develop relationship with banks, funds and investors
l Arrange all resources of finance to support the realization of projects
l Responsible for the budget of projects
l Prepare financial reports to senior management and shareholders
l Work with project finance team in EU to support project financing, manage accounting of SPV and its holding company
Qualifications

ü To be responsible for the management of agents, distributors inside contract period customer network resources; tracking the local agent, distributors and customers, and supporting the main terminal project implementation;
