We are looking for a sublate (untermieter) for our family apartment in the Studentenwohnheim of RWTH Aachen. Our family apartment is in one of the Tower (Rütscher Stra?e, 52072 Aachen). The apartment is suitable for 2 persons and only allocated to family. We would like to give sublate/untermieter from 16th of June'2011 to 15th of January'2012 (7months). Our apartment has two rooms. It also has one toilet with shower and attached little kitchen inside.
The monthly rent is 285 Euro (heating, gas, water, light/electricity bills are included). Additional charge of 10 Euro for internet (2 LAN connections) is applicable.
