如题带家具的复式Apartment，位于Westpark边上，从4月初到9月底出租整6个月。房子面积为45平米，分为上下两层，一楼是独立厨房，客厅，独立洗手间。二楼是卧室。其中一面墙全为窗户，采光很好。家具都是新买的。

房租每月460欧，包含水电暖所有费用，网费是6个月一共25欧。网速极快。屋内有电视接口。
