我退票成功以后，提示写的

Your online ticket has been successfully cancelled, 19,80 EUR have been credited. Please print out this page as confirmation.

这个的意思是
1，把钱记在你头上，下次用同一张信用卡买票的时候，少收这部分钱
还是
2，把钱直接退回信用卡
啊？
