转租杜塞市中心超级靓房:

房子介绍：
房子总的面积31平米，在1. OG., 1个房间，一个厨房，一个厕所，一个小门厅，楼下还有一个Keller。
家里有洗衣机，烤箱，炉灶，微波炉，衣柜，床，沙发，柜子等等，Nachmieter 可以以非常优惠价格购买。

交通十分便利，S bahn S1，S11，S6,S7，另外712，713，703，708，bus737等都在附近，步行约3分钟到车站。S bahn到火车站2分钟，到老城5分钟。
附近到购物中心步行10分钟，一站路。另外超市有kaiser's，Rewe等也很近很近。
此房周围环境优美，邻居都是本地人很友善。

7月1日可以入住，可以长租，长租的话直接和房东签合同，也可以7，8月短期。

房租是225+122(nebenkosten 多退少补)，这个房租非常划算了，每个月只需额外付电费（约25）和网费（20）。
