5月1起租 步行到essen hbf 8分钟走到uni5分钟 30平米左右非常适合2人住，或则小两口哈哈哈 房东是德国人 非常的和蔼

300暖租 600欧押金 有einbaukueche  和keller 还有阳台 房子朝南 非常明亮  0楼是杂货店在德国的1楼 一共有3楼
