Asan adamant fan of both Band of Brothers and Generation Kill, I'mbouncing off the walls while waiting for this. BoB really created a newstandard for the whole WWII genre (if not the war genre outright).There doesn't seem to be much else out there with such high productionvalues that can satiate my need for this series.

Iemailed HBO Films and have yet to get a reply. I tried posting on HBOFilms bulletin boards but they are really screwy and not user friendly,will try again that route.

Filmingstarted awhile ago in Australia and the first trailer debuted onAustralian TV, so I would assume the series is now in post-production.
