  房子月底空出是4人WG 2个德国人一个俄罗斯人，房东是德国老大爷平时不在的都很nett
房子离火车站只有10分钟的路程坐车很方便地点在在HAMMER STRASS. 暖租200欧，大约17到19平两个窗户  还是很宽敞的厨房什么都有基本不需要下家在买
宽带跟隔壁的德国人合用，可以看电视。
