便宜的话,voipstunt,voipdiscount,viopcheap等(其实都是同一个公司的)都可以.
通话质量还是skype out比较好.

现在用网络电话打电话最便宜,还没有辐射.
有各种网络电话软件,voipstunt,voipdiscount,viopcheap,skype,Poivy等等.通话质量都还不错,skype稍贵.

老城入口处有两家卖电话卡的地方
买完电话卡还要看你的接入方式了,不同的接入方式电话费也都不一样.
比如说:
1.你直接在卖给你电话卡的地方打电话,可能每分钟的费用为5cent
2.你自己家里有电话,那你可以拨打地区性的接入方式,每分钟可能只要不到1cent(当然也要考虑到你接入地区性的电话号码的费用,如果电话是包月的话那就最好了)
3.如果你用电话亭电话拨打的话那就很贵很贵了
4......
