为什么放屁注：此文首发于煎蛋，原作者为steen (专栏)。答案很臭屁——我们吃东西同时也吞了空气，出来混迟早都要还的，存在体内的气体就以上体打嗝或者下体气门的方式释出了。事实上，每天释出1.9L都是正常的。我们无法抵制诱惑力的美味，之后呢细菌开始殖民肠道，将一部分饭菜转化营养物质，而另一部分则与空气混合成了另一种混合物（#它绝对不是纯净物，无论化学上讲，还是常识上讲）——硫化氢，这是种臭鸡蛋气味的气体，一旦打开瓶塞，就成了所谓的屁了。摄入的食物会因人而异产生或不产生这样的气体，但糖类食物是最主要的气体发动机，尤其是以下四种：# 果糖-洋葱，玉米，小麦和梨中都普遍存在的成分，果汁饮料中尤其集中。乳糖-牛奶中的天然成分，面包中也会存在。棉子糖-豆类中的气体催化剂，花菜，甘蔗，芦笋中耶会有。山梨醇-几乎所有水果中都有。其他“成屁元素”包括纤维和淀粉，如玉米，土豆和小麦。但脂肪和蛋白质不会产生气体，因为它们的消化需要长时间，细菌们不大想光顾。有没有不产气的食物？当然，那就是大米。
