请问，如果想从uni转到fh，是到这个地址的办公室去申请吗？Fachhochschule Dortmund, Sonnenstr. 100, 44139 Dortmund, Tel.: (02 31) 91 12 - 266 ？
还想问个问题，fh的informatik是在哪里上课？

突然听说只有经济的课在uni campus Nord区域上课，请问bachelor 的 praktisch informatik在哪里上课？有人知道吗？
