听说这个是可以做奶酪蛋糕的,不知道在德国能不能买到,德文叫什么啊?谢谢~

类似于Frische Käse

其中的种类有Quark，Rahm-, Doppelrahmkäse, Dreifachrahmkäse，意大利的Mascarpone，法国的Crème fraîche等等，都可以用来做蛋糕的底，或者里面的Füllung
