Hello Hai,

This is again new changing for all ISE students. Please put this in your form. Because a lot of Chanines studenst have been rejected. Now they can apply again for Fees Exemption.

Can you please translate in Chanies this attachmen in Chaines for me as soon as possible.

Dear Colleagues,


I am pleased to inform you that following discussion with University Senate Officials, at last week's Senate meeting (23.03.07), University authorities have agreed to make amendments to the conditions under which an ISE student may be granted exemption from tuition fees.

The criteria of 20 credits per semester would no longer be considered; rather it is required that the student should have passed a least 2 exams per semester, for the past 3 consecutive semesters. No need to go to any Prof e.g. (Prof Alex Hunger /Mayer) to get your Documents. Only Notenspiegal is sufficient now, with your other required documents for exemption your fees.

ATTENTION TO ALL ISE STUDENTS

After much discussion, the University Authorities and the Duisburg Immigration Office Authorities have agreed to our (ASTA & ISE FACHSHAFT) plea, to make the following amendments to the tuition fees exemption procedure and visa extension procedure respectively:



EXEMPTION FROM PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES
        VISA EXTENSION

•        Instead of 20 credits per semester, a minimum of 2 exams per semester is the new requirement, it mean no proof of credit point from any one!

•        The ‘Nachweis für Studienverlauf’ would no longer be required!

•        For proof of study progress, Student’s Notenspiegel is sufficient.

•        Just go with your required documents to student sectary office in Essen!


       
•        A student’s visa would now be extended even before it expires!

•        Shorter waiting times for appointments for visa extension!

•        No need to get every year letter from university for your extension!

•        Definitely less stress is now guaranteed!

•        If you still got problem then contact us!

就是不知道什么时候才能落实下来哦。。。来不及了要去实习了，准备去申请Urlaubsemester算了

英文不是很好，试总结下，方便大家看，请大家批评指正：
消息来自asta的学生代表，经过他们的努力和多方交涉，
校方及杜伊斯堡外事局已经同意对免学费和延签程序作以下修改：
免学费方面：
*每学期20个学分的要求已被取消；
*新的要求是在过去连续的三个学期内，每学期至少通过两门考试，这个可以通过成绩单来证明，此成绩单不需要任何教授的审批。
*原来的‘Nachweisfür Studienverlauf不再要求。
原来由于学分原因被拒的同学可以带齐其他相关材料（护照复印件，父母声明及自我声明（即Eidesstattliche Versicherung），银行开户证明?）再次申请。
延签方面：
*学生签证甚至可在到期前得到延长（不是原来就这样的吗？）
*等候termin的时间将会缩短
*不需要每年提交校方出具用于延签的信函

       这是对所有ISE学生的新的变化。 请关注这一变化。因为很多中国学生已经被拒绝。 现在他们可以再次申请免学费了。

各位老少爷们儿 、 兄弟姐妹们：

       俺们很高兴滴通知大家， 按照上周（07 年3月27 号）校董会会议与诸位校董们讨论的结果，大学校方已经同意修改ISE学生获得学费免除的条件。

       每学期 20 学分的标准今后将不再适用；取而代之的是要求每个学生在过去的连续 3 个学期中， 每学期至少通过两门考试。 不需要去找任何教授（比如说：Alex Hunger教授或者Mayer教授）开证明了。 现在只需要成绩单（Notenspiegel）和免学费所需的其它材料。

      如果XDJM们还有啥问题或者建议， 俺们衷心热烈地欢迎大家在任何时间到俺们的老窝据点儿：BC115 ， 找俺们ISE学生会或者是ASTA的帅哥MM们，接头洽谈。

免除学费以及延长签证

请所有ISE 学生注意

       经过多次讨论， 大学校方和杜伊斯堡移民管理当局已经同意我们（ASTA和ISE学生会）的抗辩请求，对学费免除程序和签证延长程序做出如下修改：

      （1） 每学期 20 学分的要求， 被每学期至少通过两门考试的新要求取代。 这也就是说， 不需要从任何人处开具学分证明了！

      （2） “学习进度证明” （Nachweis  für  Studienverlauf）不再需要了！

      （3） 学生的成绩单（Notenspiegel）即足以证明学习进度。

      （4） 带上你所需的文件材料到 Essen 的学生秘书处（StudentenSekretariat）即可！
  
      （5） 学生签证现在甚至可以在其到期前被延长！

      （6） 缩短延长签证预约的等待时间！  

      （7）  不需要每年为了延长签证从大学出具信件！

      （8） 现在一定保证减轻负担！

我觉得有点疑问。难道秘书处还有空帮我们算每个学期考试科目么，我自己看着成绩单都晕了。

按照这个帖子的意思还是要去考试中心要证明的。那么是否还要studien verlauf的那张纸那。是原来的那张一样的么。
我的那张都被hunger那个猪头教授写了kann nicht bestaetigen了。

有ISE的同学已经去按新规定重新交申请的么。大家都来谈谈把。

Hallo LS,

Neues Formular über den Studienverlauf ist ab 27.03.07 im Prüfungsamt (Duisburg, LG-Gebäude) schon da.  D.h. man kann ohne Kopie direkt zum PA gehen und den Studienverlauf ausfüllen lassen-- für ISE-Studenten ist natürlich die Frau Sondermann zuständig, das neue Formular auszufüllen.

man braucht nach wie vor den Studienverlauf-- aber mit neuem Formular und neuer Rechnungsreglung. Die alte 20-Credit-Point-Reglung ist ab 27.03.07 nicht mehr gültig. Alle Studenten (hier auch für Duisburger WiWi-Studenten) die aufgrund unausreichender CP keine Bescheinigung über Studienverlauf bekommen haben, können noch mal erneuert beantragen.

这项优惠政策只针对ＩＳＥ的学生和经济的学生吗？？？
其他专业的学生有没有啊？？
另外就是，新的表格是放在ＰＡ的一个什么地方，还是直接去找ＰＡ的办事员，让他们给你填啊？？？
