Es ist damit nicht nur die Finanzierung gesichert, sondern die Gesellschaft wird nun eine komplett neue Wahrnehmung bei institutionellen Investoren erfahren. Dies können nun sicher sein, dass es Ethanex gelingt, die geplanten Kapazitäten tatsächlich zu verwirklichen! Die Börsenbewertung liegt bei 85 Millionen Euro. Und dies bei einer zukünftigen Produktionsleistung, die 1 Milliarde USD Umsatz im Jahr verspricht! Ethanex Energy Mandates WestLB and Morgan Stanley Co-Leads on 3 Project Debt Financing
Ethanex Energy, Inc. (OTCBB: EHNX), a renewable energy company, whose mission is to become the ethanol industry's low-cost producer, announced today that it has executed an engagement letter mandating WestLB AG and Morgan Stanley to act as Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners to structure, arrange and syndicate a senior secured construction, term and working capital credit facility for the Company. This transaction will complete the debt financing necessary for the construction and operation of the Company's three previously announced 132 million gallons per year ethanol production facilities to be located in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas.
The joint lead arrangers will provide a fully-underwritten commitment for the financing upon completion of satisfactory due diligence and credit approvals. The closing of the loan facility, which is subject to final documentation and a number of contingencies, is expected to occur in the second quarter of this year.
