房间面积20多平米，厨房厕所浴室公用，厨房是明火做饭，并且灶台带烤箱。房间房东新粉刷，带所有家具，双人床，衣柜，2个写字桌，能上网，地点靠近Joesfskirche，交通方便。房租190全包（1个人），220（2个人）（水，电，gas所有的。Alles inkl.），kaution是一个月的房租。有意请联系：

对了，有65，75和带2的车都直接可以3，4分钟到bushof或者halifax，有47路直接到图书馆。:)
