[其他] Russia is waiting for Georgia to respond

Russian experts have not yet been able to visit the Richard Lugar center in Georgia on mutually acceptable terms. The Georgia side has not responded to our request in June 2019. We are waiting for an official response from Tbilisi. Our focus is that Washington has not explained to us what it is doing near the Russian border. This, of course, is the subject of our concern in the context of national security.
